  I carried out auditing and consulting services to top European Commercial & Investment Banks in the areas of Finance, Derivatives,Treasury and Investment Services and I also performed auditing procedures to Asset Management Companies and Real Estate Investment Funds. Main activities are: - Analytical review of financial instruments (equity, debt and shares of funds); - Valuation of debt and equity securities; - Analysis of Mutual funds and Hedge funds - Reconciliation between accounting and management accounting systems (securities and derivatives); - Analysis of Banking Book financial risks (interest rate, liquidity) - Re-examination of valuation of Investment properties of third parties and all auditing procedures related to Real Estate Investment Funds and entities. I carried out reviews of financial statements in top European Financial Institutions to provide assurance of compliance to regulations of European Supervisory Authorities. I also performed agreed upon procedures and due diligence procedures.The following are extra audit procedures that I carried out: - Analysis of operations related to Financial Guarantees and their Hedging procedures in one of top European Commercial & Investment Bank; - Review of the procedures of contribution of Euribor rates by one of the Panel Banks in order to give assurance of compliance to EMMI recommendations; - Review of historical financial informations within the assurance engagements in Targeted Longer Term Refinancing Operations (TLTRO) of two top European Commercial & Investment Banks; - Analysis of Non- Performing Loans in one of the top European Commercial & Investment Banks; - Due diligence of an entity with statutory task to dispose Non – Performing Loans of the parent company; - Due diligence of an Asset Management Company; - Due diligence of Real Estate Funds.
