Tru FILMS is a boutique production company that creates commercial content with a documentary sensibility. I was brought on to have a lead role in creating the media for the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, set to open in Ohio next summer. Biggest accomplishment: Executed two back-to-back national film shoots, which spanned 3 different states and 3 separate crews. The shoot followed a group of veterans visiting different memorials throughout the day, so there were at least 6 different location changes in 12 hours. My responsibilities included: • Arranging all travel, including booking 10 flights.• Scheduling and organizing the shoot. • Mobilizing each crew and supervising the production assistants. • Coordinated multiple shoots with high profile interviewees.• Updated and streamlined the entire organizational tracking system for the National Veterans Memorial and Museum project, which increased the efficiency of the production process.
