Work with leadership to design and maintain deadline roadmaps for software product features. Work with product designers to meet with key stakeholders and determine feature requirements. Create requirements documents for reference by stakeholders, product designers, and developers. Transfer these requirements into epics and user stories for the development team to accomplish. Run weekly agile sprint meetings. Work with software developers to assist with requirements questions during feature creation. Test new features to ensure they meet the requirements and are ready for production. Communicate deadlines and deployment of new features to key stakeholders. Develop training material, train users on new and existing features, and communicate feedback to the development team. Document new and existing features for reference by users, stakeholders, and the development team. Triage software bugs and ensure they are prioritized and routed appropriately. Communicate with all stakeholders regarding software or workflow bugs. Act as a leader and point of contact for the development team. Work with the development team to prioritize sprint tasks and ensure sprint and roadmap deadlines are met.
