Christopher Holler
Having hired Brian his freshman year at The University of Alabama it was easy to see that he possessed qualities for a young man far beyond his years. When I went to build the first Hampton Inn in Tuscaloosa, he was the first person that I hired. He made me look like a superstar. Within two years, his property had gained the dubious honor of the Pinnacle Award. He won it two years in a row ('96 & '97) before he turned enough heads at corporate Hilton to see they had an individual who has every trait one would look for in a young executive gentleman. I was extremely proud to see him excel at the Corporate Office, as he quickly worked his way up the ranks. It's hard to find integrity, attitude to succeed and willingness to help out his constituents, all in one person in today's world. He is a true "Team" player. There is no position that he is not capable or willing to take over the top of expectations placed on him. He has not yet reached his potential. You gamble on people everyday. He is as close to a sure bet as you'll ever come.

Brian was a great employee. His hard work ethic and industry knowledge was extremly valuable to the Hampton team during both in his HPS role and as he worked on the Make It Hampton initiative. I would gladly recommend Brian.
