  Managed the professional development and training regimen for 21 peers and subordinates in the day to day operation of a continuously operating (24 hours a day, 365 days per year) long range Command Center responsible for all off-shore search and rescue, maritime law enforcement efforts, and marine/environmental response operations throughout the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Organized and led 4-person teams to affect coordinated and efficient responses to high visibility emergencies. Interpreted and applied a vast library of publications and documents spanning a wide spectrum of operational missions to provide proactive, policy-based recommendations to supervisory staff.
