As multimedia designer/webmaster I performed a variety of routine to complex duties/assignments typically involved in print and digital graphic design, website management, email marketing, and onsite event media coordination for Rupp Arena, Lexington Opera House, and the Lexington Convention Center/Central Bank Center. My multimedia designer duties involved creating designs for posters, banners, advertisements, websites, wall clings, postcards and other digital and print graphic materials while adhering to event and venue branding guidelines. Responsibilities also included maintaining liaison with department staff, event promoters, and printers to ensure that printing and all other creative deadlines were met. I was also tasked with maintaining the First In Line email subscription lists for Rupp Arena, Lexington Opera House and Lexington Convention Center/Central Bank Center which involved designing and sending frequent marketing eblasts (with discount offers, upcoming events, and more information, etc.) to a list of 260K+ subscribers. As the Webmaster, my responsibilities included website content management (including image editing, copyediting, and scheduling) and website updating, testing, and maintenance (as needed). I also served as the primary contact for any technical website issues or any website content updates/maintenance.

Working with HEARD is always fun. I work closely with project leads to develop marketing materials (both print and digital) and any other content their respective clients may need. The team is incredible and I'm always happy to join them whenever they require my services. Working with HEARD is always fun. My time with Morgan & Morgan was an interesting experience and I was grateful for the opportunity to try something new. As a litigation assistant, I was tasked with drafting, preparing, and processing a variety of court and legal documents, including expert witness designations, voir dire instructions, motions for preference, medical records, and complaints. I was also tasked with creating PowerPoint presentations for cases when required. • Senior Graphic Designer
      • Jan 2015 - Feb 2018

As senior graphic designer I was tasked with conceptualizing, planning, designing, and producing a wide range of graphics both for print and digital. I worked with clientele to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects. I also planned production schedules for the various steps in the design process. My role sometimes required me to identify, select, and coordinate vendors for printing and publication services, as appropriate to specific projects. I would oversee and coordinate the production process where necessary. I was also tasked with providing creative and technical advice and guidance, and serves as liaison with production personnel, authors, publishers, clients, and/or printing representatives on permission information, design and technical graphics issues.
