I have had the pleasure of getting to know Benjamin through the Employ Up program as his Career Coach. Ben is an absolute delight to work with and every career coaches dream. Our first meeting was one of exploration of his work history, successes, talents, and desire to move in a new direction with his career into marketing. His phenomenal ability to articulate and engage lead to a quick understanding of his work history and desire to transition into his career of choice. Working in tandem, he immediately set off moving his career in the right direction through continued communication, taking advice, and making keen business decisions setting himself up for success. As an example, I encouraged him to start writing articles on LI at our first consultation meeting. Within 24 hours he had written his first article and within a week he was well on his way to completing 5 articles, surpassing every expectation. He moved quickly to the top of my client case load based on his desire, drive, and engagement and is currently working in a marketing position gaining experience and propelling his career forward!
