At Atlantic.Net I did a bit of everything. I was responsible for receiving and resolving incoming customer support requests across a wide variety of platforms (LAMP, IIS, cPanel, etc.) as well as responding to alerts from our various datacenter monitoring systems. I also handled building and deploying new firewalls and servers, both physical/virtual and Windows/Linux. I also assisted with training and documentation of policy and procedure.
