Working with, coaching and supporting 3+ distributed teams. I am involved in guiding the teams towards a better way of working, discussing about Scrum Events, Values and Principles as well as building an Agile Mindset. Facilitating great Workshops ensures that I use my skills and creativity to the maximum for everyone's benefit. I observe, question, challenge and debate "this is how we done it until now". I take pleasure and joy in guiding the teams in understanding how they can work better, what mindset will help them reach their goals and why we should focus on commitments, outcomes and values. Initiating discussions and helping in creating the safe environment everyone needs to express themselves. I constantly collect feedback and really listen, so that people feel heard and valued and thus create better working relationships and environments. This will in return help grow the motivation and happiness of everyone, resulting in better outcomes, more trust and transparency in the organization. Show less

★ Weddings are a big deal in Romania, just ask anyone from this country 😉 Me and my partner started this as a spin-off from our normal dance lessons for groups (aka Dancetination), but soon enough it took a life of it's own and got very big. ★ This was for private lessons, for anyone wanting to add something to remember to their wedding. Not only that, but for the couples that crossed our doorstep it was a great way to also learn something new, get to know the other in a different way and experience something beautiful together. ★ This activity was great for us, the teachers, as well as it challenged us to learn how to handle a lot of different personalities and came up with ingenious of teaching a certain step or figure. Not only that, but can you imagine being part of the start of so many people lives as a couple? It was a great privilege to do this and I am grateful I was able to do it for so many years. ★ We handled everything from marketing, adds, logistics, going to where the events were taking place, audio editing. Great way to learn new things. Show less

★ Here is where I had the chance to be part of a big Agile team where Scrum practices were well implemented. I learned a lot in this role and I was blessed with a great team from manager to PO, SM and the dev team. ★ Our project was called Fronter and it was part of itslearning.com suite of products. While in this position I: - did manual testing of new features, bug fixes found in production or found by the team - was constantly looking for ways to improve the application and documenting them with JIRA tickets - participated in the Scrum events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and review (we also had sprint refinements) - started practising some automation with Selenium and Java: although I did not do it for a long time, learning and practising was enjoyable and helped me understand better some technical aspects (git, using an IDE, integration with Jenkins etc.) ★ One interesting aspect is that in my last 8-9 month I became very knowledgeable about a certain module of the project and ended up creating documentation for it and also being regarded as a source of information about the functionalities there. We used: JIRA, Jenkins, Selenium Webdriver with JAVA, GitLab, Testrails Show less

★ I started this new adventure with my partner in a endeavour to spread the word about dancing and wellbeing. We started with an empty room and ended up touching the lives of hundreds through our dance lessons over the years. We focused primarily on social dancing like: Cha-Cha, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Waltz, Jive, 2Step, Disco. ★ During the years we not only developed a good system for teaching just about anybody, physically impaired or not, but we develop ourselves as better human beings and teachers. We got to interact with people from all social backgrounds and from across the world. The dance classes were not just a physical activity , but a social one as well, were we laughed and had a great time together. ★ We were constantly handling beginner classes and advanced classes, and we had a couple of small internal shows as well as some corporate events with our students. Me and my partner run everything from advertising&marketing to dance lessons and logistics. We did very good for a small dance company, in my opinion 😁 💪 Show less
