I've done a couple of endurance events with Baz (50k anyone??) and cannot recommend her enough. Baz takes a holistic, practical approach to training and produces programmes which are tough, get you in great form but fit around 'real life'. Under Baz's guidance I've also knocked 6 minutes off my half marathon PB, no mean feat for a non runner! I loved working with Baz. When I started training with her, I was unfit and slightly scared about getting back into a fitness regime. Although Baz herself is super fit, she never once made me feel intimidated in fact I found Baz to be incredibly motivating and supportive (as well as putting me through my paces!). I also found her approach innovative - rooted in real science and practical - no gimmicks, no swiss balls or crazy fads. I saw and felt the results quickly and really felt the difference when I went skiing 3 months after starting with Baz, both my strength and flexibility has significantly improved. I was a member of the Great British Rowing Team for three years, winning a bronze medal at the World Rowing Championships in 2007 and numerous World Cup medals. I was part of a world class team of sports coaches and support staff, who produced the best rowing team in the world - this is an experience that has shaped my approach to business and training.
