  Responsible of Transshipment Monitoring of cargo, Shipment Cargo Plan and Schedules, Liaise with buyers (L/C, Shipping & Cargo Docs), Shippers & vendors (barge owner’s, documentations, surveyors, shipping agents). Managing day to day transshipment operations, contracts, management reporting & relationship / communications. Support marketing for contract agreement and making plan the laycan schedule asp sales plan. Open verbal communication with buyers re the cargo arrangement or any inquiry. If any changing on the windows, should immediately notify to all concern parties. Reminder & chasing the buyers to nominate the performing vessel in accordance the windows of agreed laycan. Make sure the vessel particulars & date of arrival in according the terms & conditions charter party & provide a clean vessel acceptance to the buyers. Closely coordinate & communicating with appointed local agent to keep monitoring & accuracy information for the best ETA & stowage plan To ensure all the parties prepared the transshipment operations are on the timely Way, to avoid delay & minimize time lost. To make sure our teams comply and follow on the operations protocol & safety activities & cargo handling. (the loading has been done properly and no more complain from MV). Monitoring barge progress at jetty slot by slot, docs, movement till her sailed out & the transshipment loading process. To ensure the contract has signed & workable L/C done prior to vessel arrival. Update & reporting the vessel line up (vessel current progress & up coming) to all department for our operations planning. Continuous evaluation and monitoring to achieve timely delivery (on time) to increase client/buyers satisfaction. To control & coordination in order delivery of effective & efficient for the achievement of the target company. Handles, investigated and resolves issue related to transshipment operation, if found any issues such as cargo quality/vessel damage/collusion occurred during loading operations. Show less
