I am responsible for helping run the crush pad operations as well as making sure that the tank additions are correct. I am also responsible for dumping bins with the forklift and driving barrels. Another key responsibility is making sure that the brix and temperatures are being taken on the ferments on a daily basis. I was also a key role in two research trials on the farm working directly with the researcher. I was able to take direction and ask questions as well as take the lead on different projects.
