  Spaces and Regus are both a part of the IWG group, however Spaces is a newer and more modern brand. City Point is a large building, with hundreds of clients so it’s a very fast paced environment, we have to always be alert with the problems that occur on a daily basis whether that’s internet issues, invoicing issues or phone lines. The type of clients we have here are office clients, clients who work alone and just need to use our spaces and virtual office clients who just need us to handle their post and admin duties. My job role includes looking after general maintenance in the offices and booking in/raising POs contractors in to do certain works on the offices. We work closely with the IT team to help them locate problems with ethernet/data ports and phone lines in the comms room. We handle all post and parcels that comes into the building, along with sending out post for clients. We answer internal and external emails and phone calls, as well as dealing with clients visitors. Sometimes we can have large meeting room bookings for corporate clients, which we’ll need to set up and ensure any beverages are in the room. We will also assist the sales team in selling/showing office space. Show less
