  While working at the Center for Change I have learned many skills that have helped me on the path to becoming a social worker. I also work with patients' treatment teams to provide my patients with the best care for them.   • Work with a team of seven interns to host successful events • Host graduations for Upstart graduates • Give a 45-minute presentation to new Upstart participants While working as a paid-summer intern for Waterford UPSTART, I worked with a team of seven interns to host events. During these events, I was in charge of graduating the students or give a presentation to teach the new parents how to run the online kindergarten readiness program.
