• Worked on a project for ‘Plant wise Cash Flow Analysis’ for a transaction worth 1 billion USD for India’s largest power conglomerate. Created 13 financial models for each power plant of the acquisition target, integrated them to form a firm wide model, assessed the impact of these cash flows on acquirer’s financials and conducted a sensitivity analysis for the cash flows. • Created an Excel based model to assess the financial impact of replacing the conventional equipment with the energy efficient ones in the SME sector for the International Finance Corporation. • Worked on the project involving review of credit appraisal guidelines for ‘Special Purpose Vehicle’ financing, used for appraisal of projects of worth 2 Billion USD, for one of India’s largest Non-Banking Finance Corporation. Aligned the guidelines with current policies and introduced new financial measures for appraisal. Prepared a financial model for appraisal of the promoter (entity infusing the equity in case of Special Purpose Vehicle Financing). • Worked on a project ‘Forecasting tariff escalation due to extended construction period’ of power transmission line for one of the key transmission players in India. • Worked on a project for The Government of India to evaluate the bids, based on their tender for installation of Electricity Transmission projects as per Tariff Based Competitive Bidding model.
