Batel is a rising star with a bright future in the field of customer success management. AppsFlyer is known among SaaS platforms for its very complex product, both in terms of its implementation/management technicality and the platform's wide range of solutions and applications - it’s a challenge for even the most senior and broadly-studied CS generalists, and we are only very rarely able to hire entry-level CSMs onto the team. Batel stepped up to that challenge (and then some) in her first year as a Customer Success Manager on my SMB team at AppsFlyer, ramping quickly on product and stepping up to nurture and drive mid-touch program value to about $4M in regional ARR across 100 customers. In that scope, she’s also developed in her ability to deliver executive business reviews (EBR/QBR) and co-manage customer product upsell and renewal alongside our Account Management team. She has the ability to continue investing in this crucial scaling CS discipline or to really deepen her champion-nurturing focus on the enterprise level in her next role - at this point, from my perspective, the road is open to her. It’s really down to where she wants to go from here. And Batel contributed to program success beyond her direct customer-facing work, too; the best example is that she also took ownership of our GTP-3.5 (ChatGPT) AI/LLM pilot initiative, identifying a couple of GPT-powered products to test with CSM workflows, and reporting back on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (S.W.O.T) - insights that our organization will use to continue iterating on operational level-ups. She’s a valuable and committed team player, able to take a challenging directive and run with it to learnings/success. I would wholeheartedly endorse her experience for a role in anyone’s customer success organization.
