In my position as Head of the Tools Department for the Gekko Group (part of AccorHotels), I've been leading a team that is in charge of developing and maintaining all the internal applications used by the group's employees. I see my role as a facilitator for all the employees in their everyday tasks and needs, allowing them to be as productive as possible. I also introduced the use of new technologies to help the company sticking to what's new in the IT world.I use different technologies depending on the project, to match what the employees need.
