I have completed two courses and gain two qualifications in the last year with Bassel's Protocol Food Consultancy. One session was conducted in person at their Dubai Offices and another conducted remotely over Zoom. Both were excellent in all respects, and I cannot find any fault with the service in anyway. I recommend Protocol FC to all Dubai Restaurateurs. Additionally, Bassel is a central Professional Figure in the Dubai Restaurant Eco-System. well known to all major operators and well liked on a personal level.
