Duties and Accomplishments: *Download data from relays such as Numerical, Static and Electromechanical relays through software’s developed for each relay manufacturer. *Extract the data about each relays such as Settings, PSL, Disturbance recorders, Event loggers etc and Carrying out relay setting calculations and analyzing the settings for Line Protection Relays and Transformer Protection Relays as per NRPC & CBIP Guidelines. *Experienced in Substation operations and corrective Maintenance. *Testing of Numerical Distance and Differential Protective Relays with Omicron CMC 256 Plus and Doble relay test kit. *Familiar with software used for configuring Numerical Relays. *Compare the calculations with the existing data inside the relays and give recommendations wherever needed.
