A. Overall Duty: Prepares and validates Mechanical Maintenance programs in line with production plan and strategy adopted. Prepare the overhaul planning of rotating equipments, including spare parts request. Supervises and monitors implementation of above programs in liaison with site teams (no backlog). Provides support to Production and Mechanical Maintenance activities on site and assesses the quality of the site operations through regular audits and inspections. Makes recommendation to improve and optimise Mechanical tasks. Develops Mechanical Maintenance procedures. Analyse failures and suggest solution to correct the problem associated with failures Identifies critical spare parts and ensure their availability in stock. Manages and optimises Mechanical spare parts stock (definition of min /max stock). Performs cost analysis of Mechanical activities and proposes solutions to reduce costs. Participates to the preparation of the Maintenance budgets for the mechanical part. Implement documentation files for each equipment, including spare parts lists.B. Support to Maintenance & Production Activities: Analyses shutdown reports and assists Site Mechanical Maintenance teams for troubleshooting. Ensures CMMS is updated following modifications and new projects.C. Modifications and projects: Assists the Head of Maintenance and Inspection Method in the definition of modifications: review modifications requests from Production and Maintenance teams. Participates to equipment selection and Maintenance engineering of new projects. Ensures that final documentation is adequate: operating and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings. Ensures, in conjunction with Logistics and Procurement teams, that spare parts stock levels are adequate and maintained, and that materials / equipment received are within specifications. Participates to the definition of mini-maxi, and/or safety stock levels for all new equipment, and proposes updates. Overall Duty:  Particularly in charge of critical rotating equipments, under Mechanical Supervisor direction, organises, performs all "on condition" mechanical maintenance activities, analyses and reports.
