As a part of BoogHI project (https://boogih.uni-hohenheim.de/startseite) we are working together with four other members to achieve the aim of our project to find a method identifeis the botanical, zoological and geographical origin of honeydew honey. At the university of Wuppertal we analyse the sugar, amino acids and Ion profiles of Phloem sap, honeydew, and honeydewhoney sample using different HPLC approaches to find one or more markers distinguishes the different types of honeydew honey.
