This was an interpretation and translation company based in Germany. The owner wanted to open up a branch in London but could not go back and forth. So he enlisted me to fully manage the running of this company. I had to legally register the company, look for a location to open up on an office, look for potential government contracts and day to day managing. Some of my roles included dealing with accounts, payroll and also end to end recruitment as I was working on my own. This was a role where I was thrown in the deep end and had to learn new skills in order to succeed. This role showed me that I can do anything I put my mind to and I can learn skills pretty easily.
