Baruch is an excellent technical writer. When I look to hire a technical writer I want someone who can provide added value to the end user. The writer needs to be able to learn the product well enough to provide information that the user either could not find out on their own, or could do so only with a lot of investigation. Baruch’s writing consistently contained this type of information. When I would review Baruch’s writing, I always came away with the strong feeling that he really understood the inner workings of the product and was sharing interesting and meaningful information with me. LoadRunner is a relatively technical product and Baruch had no trouble learning it, as well as managing the section of the documentation that deals with the different communication protocols that LoadRunner supports. Baruch also went beyond just documenting his assigned features and made recommendations as to how a major section of the user guide could be reorganized to better present the information. Baruch regularly made suggestions for changes to the UI design of his assigned features, which were welcomed by the dev teams. I consistently received positive feedback from the stakeholders with whom Baruch worked.
