Closure is a service for relatives to end or alter subscriptions, contracts and accounts of their loved one, once he/she has passed away. With respect to accounts, one should think of, for example, utilities, charities, lotteries, social media and other online products or services. Based on experience we support our customers mainly in two ways: 1. We approach the selected companies and inform them on the loss 2. Throughout one year, customers can approach us via their preferred channels (email, whatsapp etc.) whenever they encounter more companies Our service unburdens relatives, avoids ongoing costs of € 140,- per month on average and limits the chance of identity fraud. Committee TU/e Lustrum Gala

On own initiative, seven Mechanical Engineering students proposed to organize a Gala to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Eindhoven University. Representatives of the various federations of the associations were soon enthusiastic. At board level, too, the proposal for the closing party met with a good reception. “It's simply a nice tradition to celebrate your lustrum in style with all the students.” The Lustrum Gala attracted 1500 students. The University Council is the representative advisory board of the University, towards the Board of Executives. The council consists of 9 seats for students and 9 for staff. For more than 19 years now, Groep-één is a fraction of student-representatives in the University Council and an important link between the Executive Board and the students. As chairman, I've been member of the Executive Committee (Presidium) of the Council and acted as spokesman towards regional and national media.
