Bio
Anton Vladimirov
I had a pleasure of being a mentor to Bartosz during his internship at NVIDIA in 2009. Bartosz joined our small team in the middle of a 1 1/2 year long project and impressed everyone with how quickly he was able to pick up the complex concepts and understand the inner workings of the system. He started contributing to the project very early on and by the end of his internship completed triple the amount of work we had planned for his time here. He quickly gained team members' trust as a developer and moved from developing side libraries, to fixing issues in production code, to finally designing and developing his own solutions in the production codebase. Much of his work is currently built into our production software and several of the libraries he worked on are used across teams. Bartosz also showed great ability for team work. He seemed to always be able to ask the right questions and participate in the decision making process during design stages of the project. His level of communication skills was very impressive for someone just starting out in their career. He quickly became a go-to guy for other interns as well as engineers for a variety of issues. Bartosz really made my job as a mentor very easy and I am very happy to have worked with him.
