On the Head of Projects position I am responsible for the project portfolio in the designated region, coordinating, prioritizing and facilitating given resources to execute that project objectives within time and within budget. Further to this I am responsible for: - Facilitating and/or Participating in critical project meetings (i.e. handover meetings, kick-off meetings, reporting meetings, lessons learned meetings, etc.); - Supporting the Project Managers during project execution; - Appointing and training new Project Managers based on existing procedures (also taking part in recruitment process); - Meeting applicable Project Execution KPIs; - Reporting financial and delivery performance on portfolio level; - Ensuring customer relationship are maintained on the high level throughout the entire Project Execution process; - Managing all Contracts to minimize risk and maximize profit; - Supporting sales department during pre-clarification stage;
