Bartel has outstanding leadership skills. His approach to management is holistic

Theo F.

I met Bartel at Nyenrode University where we studied our International Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree. During the crouse Bartel has proven to be a great coach, training and speaker. Many times he inspired me and the whole group with his presentations and his positive attitude. In combination with his intellectual power this made him a distinguished person in our group. After Nyenrode Bartel and I stayed in touch. When we discussed his work and career I remember I was very impressed by his natural sense for consultive selling. When Bartel approaches a prospect he thinks and act as a trusted advisor. He is genuinely interested in people and understands the issues at the table. In combination with his problem solving skills he is able to deliver solutions that fit and meet the client’s needs. I would definitely recommend Bartel as a trainer, coach and consultant!

Leaders in sport are facing a global revolution. Societal, health and digital shifts are transforming sports organizations, while creating new opportunities for sport to be part of societal solutions. And we need leaders that can address these changes. We believe it’s never been more important for the leaders of global sport, business and society to work together to maximize our collective potential and help create a better future for the world. Our goal therefore is to create a generation of sports leaders who have a global view, a strong sense of community and who lead from their heart, as well as their head. Leaders that can leave their mark upon the world. Show less

House of Performance is a management consultancy specializing in improving performance in the workplace. "People excel " is paramount in their approach. We help organizations to be more flexible and faster in coping with internal and external changes. We do this by working with you on processes, management and leadership behaviour to scrutinize and adjust where necessary. As a consultant I helped (corporate and governmental) clients to achieve sustainable results through co-creating and implementing innovative processes. This often required managing multi-stakeholder processes both within organizations as well as between organizations. My role in these projects was twofold: a creative thinker in designing new processes to stimulate cooperation and sustainable change; but also mangaging the people-side (behavior and leadership) of the complex processes and thereby managing both trust and (often diverging) interests to a common goal. Gained expertise in diverse sectors such as banking, financial services and healthcare. Primary focus since 2009 was on implementing sustainable Lean programs in IT - banking environments. Show less
