  House of Performance is a management consultancy specializing in improving performance in the workplace. "People excel " is paramount in their approach. We help organizations to be more flexible and faster in coping with internal and external changes. We do this by working with you on processes, management and leadership behaviour to scrutinize and adjust where necessary. As a consultant I helped (corporate and governmental) clients to achieve sustainable results through co-creating and implementing innovative processes. This often required managing multi-stakeholder processes both within organizations as well as between organizations. My role in these projects was twofold: a creative thinker in designing new processes to stimulate cooperation and sustainable change; but also mangaging the people-side (behavior and leadership) of the complex processes and thereby managing both trust and (often diverging) interests to a common goal. Gained expertise in diverse sectors such as banking, financial services and healthcare. Primary focus since 2009 was on implementing sustainable Lean programs in IT - banking environments.
