A large part of my time is spent talking to customers and potential customers. We generate a lot of leads and I try to nurture them to the point of the sale. Other duties include overseeing day to day operations and dealing with questions and issues arising from all areas of the business. Working with the Marketing Manager on budgets, new marketing avenues, SEO, PPC, etc. I also design a lot of our products and work with potential suppliers before handing off to the purchasing dept. Customer Service Manager and Account Reps report to me. I design and maintain all of our more complicated spreadsheets.
