Bart Stoffelsen heeft in 2013 in ca. 6 maanden zijn Master thesis voor zijn studie Technische Bedrijfskunde bij ons uitgevoerd. Naast zijn enthousiasme en plezierige sociale vaardigheden zijn wij bij Scania diep onder de indruk geraakt van zijn vermogen om op een systematische manier een praktijksituatie met behulp van verschillende theorieën te analyseren. Bart zijn meerwaarde bestond hierbij uit het aan elkaar verbinden van de diverse theoretische analyse tools en vervolgens zijn eigen invulling hier aan te geven wat heeft geleid tot een praktisch werkend analytisch model. Met dit geautomatiseerde model kunnen op een systematische manier, logistieke layouts worden getoetst en ontworpen worden. Voorheen gebeurde dit met de hand. Ondanks zijn jonge leeftijd heeft Bart met grote zelfstandigheid en volgens een zeer strak vooropgezet tijdplan, zijn project succesvol weten af te ronden. Hiervoor bestaat binnen onze organisatie veel waardering en wij hadden Bart ,wanneer er de juiste plek voor was geweest binnen onze organisatie, zeker een baan aangeboden.
