  A Grade 4 is a management position within the Bunnings structure that is the equivalent of a 2nd In-Charge to the coordinator. This position requires me to look after a department section of the warehouse and lead a team of roughly 10-15 people. Some of my duties involve delegation of tasks, supervising the team, duty managing the whole store, liaising with the coordinators and store managers, and dealing with customer complaints/feedback, as well as balancing regular duties of a team member which include: general customer assistance, stocking of shelves, planning and executing strategic merchandising of bulk stock and aisle ownership (maintenance).This job role requires exceptional people skills and critical thinking on a daily basis.
