In voorgaande functies, maar vooral ook als zelfstandige, ervaring op gedaan als het gaat om procesoptimalisatie, inrichting en opstarten van productieprocessen. Procesverbeteringen en productie opstart gericht op productiviteit en output maximalisering. Hierbij in acht nemend de Overall Equipment Effectiveness, oftewel de kwaliteit (first time right), snelheid en uptime van de installaties en de processen. Door de OEE als leidraad te nemen voor productielijn prestaties, is er continu de juiste focus en kunnen prestaties en verbeteringen zorgvuldig gemeten en gewogen worden. Het doel hiervan is: het beste product tegen de beste prijs om zo de productmarges te kunnen maximaliseren. Werkzaamheden die bij mijn ervaring passen en mij motiveren zijn: Opstellen en inrichten onderhoudsplannen en inspectielijsten, risicoanalyses (FMEA), spare parts lijsten samenstellen, storingsanalyse (RCA, Ishikawa), analyseren machine performance (OEE), machine performance verbeteren, root cause analyses, productieprocessen en verborgen potentieel in kaart brengen (VSM), productieprocessen verbeteren en optimaliseren (DMAIC en Pareto analyses), kwaliteit verbeteren (First Time Right), Yield improvement, proces kwaliteit controleren-verbeteren-beheren en borgen (SPC), doorlooptijden verkorten, omsteltijden verkorten en SMED toepassen, Poka Yoke tooling ontwerpen en specificeren, labor reductie door processen te automatiseren en of anders in te richten (Line Balancing), machines en aanpassingen ontwerpen en specificeren, uitbesteden aan de juiste leverancier en begeleiding hiervan, projectbegeleiding, “make or buy” calculaties.
