  Ms. Mohanty works as a teacher in Sai International School. She is an Economist and a social worker who believes that small changes can make a big difference. She runs a campaign called "We for Change". She holds her Mphil degree from Ravenshaw University and is currently perusing her PhD in the area of Disability Inclusion in KIIT University. She is the awardee of the prestigious Dr.Nilakantha Misra award and also is the gold medalist of Ravenshaw University (2016 batch). She has earlier worked with National sample Survey, Govt of India, Department of Planning and Convergence, Govt of Odisha, Odisha Budget and Accountability centre (CYSD) and also served as a visiting faculty in Economics in BIITM, Birla Global University and KIIT Deemed to be University.
