Was a primary force in replacing Autotester (a competitor) at Microsoft for testing SAP Personally replaced another entrenched competitor (Rational) at Oracle for their load testing practice. Oracle performance benchmarks were subsequently done using Mercury tools. These accounts had very tough technical requirements that required R&D to make special releases for.
