  As Head of Construction, my responsibilities included:- to direct the company’s planning activities and provide leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operation of the company,- to manage the promotion and development of Moston,- to identify the long range objectives for Moston and recommend their adoption to the Directors,- to prepare plans and programs for the Tender process and oversee their implementation on appointment to a project,- to oversee the construction management staff, site supervisors & operatives and subcontractors on all sites,- to liaise with Design Teams(Architects, Structural Engineers, Services Engineers, etc) and Clients to ensure Projects are completed on time and within budget,- to direct the preparation of operational matters,- to develop and manage the implementation of group policy regarding work environment, administration, accounting, purchasing, reporting and human resources,- to maintain knowledge of best practices within the Construction Industry and coordinate their implementation within Moston,
