With a remit across Australia and New Zealand, my key responsibilities included:- Responsible for business development activities and client account management across the ANZ region for the Program, Cost, Consultancy business line (also known as Davis Langdon). This also included multinational clients which AECOM has global agreements with.- Responsible for attracting key inward investment clients from Asia to use Davis Langdon and AECOM’s services.- Responsible for growing Davis Langdon’s market share in ANZ’s infrastructure sector (Road, Rail, Water, Power, Renewable Energy, etc.)- Responsible for the further enhancement of Davis Langdon’s innovation initiative ‘Global Unite’. This project intelligence tool is being adapted to facilitate infrastructure projects as well as building’s projects.

I was the Regional Director for all of Davis Langdon 'An AECOM Company's' activities throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. At its peak, this region had 160 staff members engaged in providing the following services;- Project Management- Cost Management / Quantity Surveying- Building Surveying- Access Consulting- Certification Services- Independent Verification- Town Planning- Specifications Consultancy- Property ConsultancyKey responsibilities included:- Responsible for all Davis Langdon’s operations in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.- Setting vision and strategies for the company at both a regional and ANZ level.- Responsible for 9 service lines as mentioned above.- Manage a team of 16 Directors and an overall responsibility for circa 160 staff.- Ensuring the continuing success of all service lines through business development, client care and internal operational efficiencies.Significant achievements included:- A member of Davis Langdon’s ANZ Senior Leadership Team.- A member of AECOM’s Victorian Senior Leadership Team, which involves engineering disciplines and management services to the buildings and infrastructure markets.- Management of a profit and loss centre in excess of $30m in revenue and returned double digit profit margins.- Delivery of strategies to push Davis Langdon services in to the Infrastructure markets which delivered an additional 10% in revenues from a standing start.- Integrating and harmonization of Davis Langdon’s services and its staff in to AECOM’s corporate environment and add value to their clients.- Delivery of Davis Langdon’s innovation initiative ‘Global Unite’, which gives a global project intelligence platform for staff, clients and projects. The project won AECOM’s global award for best innovation.
