I had the pleasure of working with Barry for just over 4 years at Absorbent Products and learned a lot from him. Barry was my Direct Manager and the Director of Sales for Canada & the US and he has the defined skill of being a great leader and coach in guiding a team and individuals to achieve their goals & best results both individually and collectively. His supportive approach and enthusiasm in championing sales is infectious. I worked in tandem with Barry on National Accounts and his direct, articulate approach during tough negotiations was great to see. Barry gained trust and established relationships with buyers and peers alike and is a likeable, gregarious, fun person to have on your team. You always knew when Barry was in the room, he is a person that people gravitate towards. Barry is truly one of the best Managers that I have had the pleasure of working with.
