Project includes interior renovations to create multiple retail, restaurants, lounge and public circulation space. As the Owner’s representative, budget cost estimates and preliminary schedules were developed, bid and awarded construction management, coordinate consultants, review and approve subcontractor awards, coordinate tenant requirements, interface with authorities having jurisdiction and satisfy the individual departmental needs while maintaining an established budget and schedule.
