I have a proven track record in improving standards and times scales. since I started in this position delivery turn around has dropped and all machines are delivered to the correct standard. I reorganised the warehouse/workshop and redefined what I expected from our employees. this has included writing a detailed training schedule/programme for all positions.day to day I am responsible for liaising with customers, suppliers, I.T, sales and management to make sure all parties are aware of what needs to done and to make sure this happens in the relevant time scales. I also oversee the warehouse and workshop to ensure standards are adhered to. I am a highly organised and very motivated person. I expect the best from myself as well as my staff.

after leaving the off licence sector I started afresh in the Photocopier industry. I started from the bottom and slowly worked my may up. in my roll as a Workshop Technician I would set up new machines ready to be delivered. it was'nt long before I was able to fix them as well and I frequently got sent out on service calls. but it was when I started to go out on installations that the management at easycopiers started to notice my potential. I would take charge of situations (where it wasn't my place to) and as such I got a lot of positive feed back from customers and from my managers.

I was responsible for managing 3 stores with a combined total of 20 staff members. my duties included staff rotas, ordering goods, banking, seamless offer changes, stock takes, staff disciplinaries etc. I gained a lot of customer service experience which I have transferred in to my future jobs. this is where is honed my management style. happy staff is a motivated staff. I left this post due to the off licence sector struggling. I could see the business was going bust.
