Consolidate global data sources across a broad array of internal technologies by using Sumologic and Elastisearch and Power BI. Build and deploy machine learning (ML) models for a bespoke Telecom Fraud Detection system utilising AWS Sagemaker and python Machine Learning technologies. Migrate legacy TDM circuits to SIP delivery globally for enhanced failover and agility. Manage 100,000 DNIS telecom environment across 50 carriers globally. Oversee M&A integration of a carrier, ViaVox into the PGi telecom environment. Change and outsource internal telecom team to a BPO provider in Bangalore, India.
