      It was my duty to assist in all aspects of the work pertaining to function management but more specifically as a Personal Assistant to the business owners and Chief Function Manager. Whilst the role required a great deal of delegation it was very much a 'hands on' role which included client liaising, problem solving, working with or/and around food, hygiene, public speaking, staff training, logistics and disciplinary proceedings.
