      Over the past 18months I have challenged myself and the community to increase the numbers of children and families taking an active part in the community. My main role has been as the Face of SWHC Children and Youth Services. Liaising with families, marketing what we have to offer and setting up new partnerships. It has been a very hands-on role being more of a full-time rather than part-time position. I have had to ensure budgets are kept to, administrative records are kept accurately and at the same time be quite tough in my decision making.

      Baltac limited runs two services and I am looking for a position that will challenge me either on a permanent basis, or on a adhoc consultancy basis through my Limited Company. The two services my company runs are: One is a Consultancy service, (Baltac Ltd) which involves developing Policies and Procedures, and Marketing literature, along with liaison with CQC and prospective clients and individuals.       As the Registered Manager of this home, in the 12months of employment with them I have successfully turned around the fortunes of this home, from having an average of 3 residents for the last 7 years, to having to register an extra 2 beds and take it from its maximum capacity of 6 to 8 beds, of which we currently have 7 residents. I have also negotiated new fees taking the fees to an average of 10% higher than previously agreed as well as gaining more hours of support for each resident that resides in the home.
