  I completed my NVQ level 7 which included additional TW Modules within 12 months in 2018.I enjoy working closely with my site teams to achieve the business strategy, customer satisfaction as well as assisting the teams to achieve their career aspirations. The two most fulfilling moments as a production manager was working closely with a young site team to achieve an NHBC PIJ award whilst building in excess of 60 plots per year and to help an established site consistantly achieve more than 100 CML's per year to a 5* standard.
