I’ve had the greatest pleasure in working with Barry during Calyx’s Workday implementation; Barry’s extensive Workday knowledge and incredible work ethic are second to none. As Test manager he provided daily reporting across HCM & Finance deployments, as well as supporting with security set up and assignments. Once testing was complete he supported the wider teams with key business process training and support. Barry is calm under pressure, has exceptional stakeholders management skills as well as a wicked sense of humour! All definitely needed in a Workday implementation. Post go live Barry was extended to support hyper-care and transition to BAU - he delivered dashboards and reports, undertook troubleshooting and providing pragmatic solutions as well as providing dedicated support for the recruitment team delivering additional KT sessions as well as advising the wider business on Workday best practice for the next phase. I’d always want Barry on my team s as and hope that I will be fortunate enough to work with him again

I cannot recommend Barry highly enough. Having joined our Workday project to lead our Testing requirements, Barry quickly established himself as a knowledgeable and highly resourceful person. Once the testing was complete he was going to leave our project but we asked him to stay on to the end and I am so glad we did. Barry helped enormously with his understanding of the security, reporting and data structure within Workday, so much so that he quickly became our go to person for several dashboards and reports. I would work with Barry again in a heartbeat and feel privileged to have had him work with us even for a short time.
