I was taken on at EBS.tv/Digiguide as a Digital Marketing Apprentice straight from 6th form. I would manage the Facebook and Twitter accounts for Digiguide, uploading 3 posts a day and measuring the analytics. My role also included working on the Digiguide database, fixing any missing data from programmes and answering customer queries through our own internal system. Alongside this, I was working on my coursework. This involved me completing a variety of written assignments and successfully achieving 3 qualifications throughout - Level 3 Award in Principles of Coding, Level 3 Award in Digital Marketing Business Principles and CIW Business Associate. I have now successfully passed with a Diploma in Social Media for Business. Show less
