Mark is an outstanding team member within the Xbox Retail Services Team, as Channel Marketing Manager within our division. Details are never missed on his retailer objectives, the laughter doesn't stop and his ideas cease to amaze me. Mark is strategic, cutting edge and an all-around great guy, his integrity, professionalism and sense of humour makes him a great person to work with.
