  I work with Campus Recreations to create a group fitness class that is both challenging as well as rewarding. I create original workouts that offer both progressions and regressions so that each participant gets the experience they want, and I work to build trusting relationships with each participant to make a safe and judgement free class for everyone.

  I worked with four graduate assistants as well as other undergraduate research assistants testing and analyzing participants to locate differences in locomotor and gait movement and control. Our goal was to have enough data representation to help find a solution to reduce the amount of injuries in lower extremities in older adults as a result of balance issues.



Auburn University Athletic Department

• Football Athletic Recruiter

  I worked with coaches and current players to recruit prospective athletes and their parents for the university football team. I was in charge of their scheduled days for their official visit weekends and game days, getting them and their families to and from meetings and tours on campus. I answered any questions that the parents might have ranging from academics, to housing accommodations, and any questions that the players might have.
