General duties and responsibilities include:  Lead planning and/or implementation of various GNBCC projects (on Green Agribusiness, Youth & Entrepreneurship, Digitalisation and enabling environment ) for the RNE Private Sector Development project.  Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.  Manage project budget and resource allocation.  Monitoring and reporting of projects, in line with the agreed project definition.  Interact in consultation with GM with RNE partners on a regular basis concerning progress of activity planning, targets etc. of Private Sector Development project.  Interact regularly with the different stakeholders within projects (such as GNBCC members, other companies, NGO’s, government actors ).  Supervise, monitor and manage GNBCC subordinate and junior project staff.  Development of new projects for GNBCC, within scope of RNE proposal and in line with RNE goals.  Involvement in consultation with GM on other projects outside PSD project.
