Major responsibility is to take care of their attendance, payroll, retention and redeployment.• Prepare, update and circulate monthly reports on current offer and manpower status for each account.• Create strong bond with the consultant to generate more business lead and Intel from the clientTime-sheet• Interact with internal and external managers to get the resolution related to time-sheet.• Interact with the external employees and help them to submit time-sheet.• Daily updating employee database.• Handling employee database in Excel.• Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Payroll.
