I was the technical lead for my company's RDF Upgrade project that took us from v9.4 to 13.2. RDF 13.2 has been running successfully in production and feeding our North American replenishment system for more than one year, due in large part to Barinder Singh's superior contribution to the success of the project. The 9.4 parallel phase and subsequent cutover to 13.2 were virtually flawless, with zero disruption to the business, and considered very, very successful by IT management and our business partners. The success of the project is due in large part to Barinder's deep knowledge of the RDF product and his innovative technical expertise. We have a fairly demanding business owner who threw Barinder several curve balls during the project, which Barinder handled deftly and accurately. Working day in and day out with Barinder over the span of several months was nothing short of a pleasure. He is everything you could ask for -- punctual, accurate, honest, courteous, and forthright.
