Architects, installers, and owners now have the premier fiber cement panel from Swisspearl, combined with a fully engineered rainscreen system by Cladding Corp. In line with Cladding Corp's vision for elemental materials from the "ground-up," Swisspearl is proudly made up of natural raw materials from the Swiss mountains: cement, pulverized limestone, water, and air. In addition, less energy is consumed during the manufacture of Swisspearl panels, as compared to many other leading building materials. Not all fiber cement panels are created equally. Swisspearl ® offers products that are air-cured, a process where cement-based products cure naturally, with a 28-day curing process, that uses saves energy and reduces internal panel stress. An air-cured fiber cement product is always superior to an autoclaved product, as the panels are dried naturally over time, allowing for natural chemical bonding of the fibers and taking out the added heat energy and internal panel stress. Cladding Corp's engineered systems give architects and installers the needed resources to design intelligent rainscreen walls that address deep cavity systems, continuous insulation (c.i.) and other code and industry standards. Our systems for fiber cement cladding, in partnership with ECO Cladding, are also designed to give architects aesthetic freedom to incorporate concealed, lap-siding or visible attachments. There are many companies promoting fiber cement panels, but only Cladding Corp has the premier fiber cement panel plus an engineered assembly solution that guarantees optimal performance and aesthetics. From the Ground Up! Cladding Corp serves as North America’s rainscreen cladding solution provider. In all that we do, our goal is to master the art and science of proper drained and back-ventilated (DBV) rainscreen cladding design for North America. From an exterior cladding perspective, our product approach is focused on three elemental material types: fiber cement, terracotta, and ceramic stone - each with a conviction for sustainability in mind. All of our panel products are sourced from natural raw materials - elements that come from the earth and can go back to the earth - truly rainscreen from the ground up! For over 25 years, we have provided rainscreen cladding consulting and design services that respond to the increasing need for a systems-based solution that considers all of the design and structural criteria of the project. We believe in challenging the status quo of improper DBV rainscreen design and installation. We believe that a "ground up," holistic approach to rainscreen cladding design is necessary – one that takes into account the entire exterior envelope of the wall assembly - from exterior cladding all the way back to the inner moisture control.
